We want you to love your Berkshires Boutique gear as much as we love designing it! If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help.
Our Guarantee:
Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange, no questions asked (well, maybe a few—just so we can improve).
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached when applicable).
- Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Start by emailing us at support@berkshiresboutique.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Send It Back: We’ll provide you with a return label and/or shipping instructions.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
The Fine Print:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged or defective items).
- We’re not responsible for items lost during return shipping, so we recommend using our return label or a trackable method.
