📦 Order Processing
Each item is made to order just for you. This helps us reduce waste and stay aligned with our values of sustainability and intentional creation.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.
🚚 Shipping Times
After fulfillment, shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method:

United States: 3–5 business days (on average)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or adorable wildlife distractions beyond our control. Currently, we ONLY ship within the United States.
🌍 International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.

💬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package seems to be lost or delayed:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Since our products are made-to-order, we’re not able to offer express shipping options at this time. But rest assured—your order is in motion, and probably somewhere between a tree line and a post office right now.
